Who We Are

SWILS is a non-profit organization working to help eliminate unemployment in independent Bangladesh, while fostering the personal and professional development of workers in the Store, Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics and Supply-Chain Management sectors.

SWILS একটি অলাভজনক সংগঠন, যা স্বাধীন বাংলাদেশে বেকারত্ব দূর করতে এবং স্টোর, ওয়্যারহাউস, ইনভেন্টরি, লজিস্টিকস ও সাপ্লাই চেইন ম্যানেজমেন্ট খাতের কর্মীদের ব্যক্তিগত ও পেশাগত উন্নয়নে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।

Our Journey

The organization began on November 20, 2020, when Md. Ferdous Rahman organized a convention at the "C Shell" restaurant in Uttara, Azimpur, Dhaka — bringing together approximately 60–65 company employees working across the Store, Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics and Supply-Chain sectors.

Since that first gathering, SWILS has grown into a supportive community connecting professionals, sharing knowledge, and creating opportunities for skill development and employment.

Our Mission

To develop skills and advance careers in the Store, Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics and Supply-Chain sectors, providing guidance so workers can compete effectively in the job market — and helping unemployed individuals find suitable employment based on their qualifications.

স্টোর, ওয়্যারহাউস, ইনভেন্টরি, লজিস্টিকস ও সাপ্লাই চেইন খাতে দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন ও ক্যারিয়ার এগিয়ে নেওয়া, এবং যোগ্যতা অনুযায়ী বেকারদের উপযুক্ত কর্মসংস্থান খুঁজে পেতে সহায়তা করা।

Our Vision

To conduct training workshops, motivate employees, eliminate nepotism, improve workplace environments, and establish direct communication between departments and management. A primary goal is to create a free CV-registration platform for apparel import/export workers nationwide.

প্রশিক্ষণ কর্মশালা পরিচালনা, কর্মীদের অনুপ্রেরণা প্রদান, স্বজনপ্রীতি দূরীকরণ, কর্মপরিবেশ উন্নয়ন এবং বিভাগ ও ব্যবস্থাপনার মধ্যে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ প্রতিষ্ঠা করা। পাশাপাশি সারাদেশের কর্মীদের জন্য একটি ফ্রি সিভি রেজিস্ট্রেশন প্ল্যাটফর্ম তৈরি করা আমাদের অন্যতম লক্ষ্য।
