Officer - Store

I. Material Receiving & Inspection: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials against Purchase Orders, delivery challans, and Quality Control reports. II. ERP & Inventory Ledger: Generate accurate Material Receiving Reports (MRR/GRN) and update real-time stock balances in ERP/Inventory Management software. III. Material Issuance & Production Support: Issue materials against authorized Production Requisitions (BOM-based) systematically to ensure uninterrupted production flow. IV. Stock Auditing & Reconciliation: Conduct periodic cycle counts and monthly physical inventory reconciliations; minimize shrinkage, transit loss, and material damage. V. Warehouse Management & 5S: Maintain bin cards, lot/batch tracking, FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methodology, and 5S housekeeping standards for warehouse safety and space optimization. VI. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily stock status, minimum re-order level alerts, slow-moving/scrap materials summary for Management review. Skills and attribute: knowledge of inventory management and store operations, Communication and documentation, attention to detail, time management, proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication, cross-functional Coordination, integrity & ethical mindset.

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.

MBA / Master’s / Graduate in any discipline (Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.)
